The "Blind" BOL Protocol

Driver will use only the TSC Bill of Lading provided and ensure no wholesale pricing is disclosed to the receiver.

Digital Proof of Delivery (ePOD)

Driver will upload photos via SMS link: (1) loaded truck at origin, (2) signed BOL at destination. Freight payment is gated behind these uploads.

Active Cargo Insurance

Our carrier holds valid Cargo Insurance covering the full wholesale value of this nursery stock, with TSC and the End-Customer named as beneficiaries.

Multi-Stop Communication

For multi-stop loads, I will maintain proactive communication with TSC Dispatch regarding delays or routing changes.
